I've seen some in Dublin at night but cannot chat to proprietors as it's not very private and they're normally busy. I checked directory but no good. I think it would be quirky for an event

Not sure what type of food you're looking for but vantastic vintage might be worth looking at. I was trading at an event that they were at and it looked lovely. I have no idea of prices or what type of food they do.

Are you looking to hire a catering cart to hire that you can operate at events or are you running an event and want someone to come in with a cart and sell food at the event?
