selling a house in U K buying on in Ireland

    Sorry this is my first thread it may well be in the wrong section. I have a house in the U K bought and paid for, the value is about 180,000 Euro . I have seen a house for sale in the town I live in, in Ireland for 50,000 Euro it needs a lot of work doing to it, say 70,000 Euro or more. I am wondering how much tax I would have to pay, or if I bought a house for 180,000 would there be any tax to pay.
