No sign of commission anywhere on that site, must mean they don't charge any.

Definitely dodge, they provide a company registration number at the bottom of the page that belongs to an entirely different company that has been dissolved for many years. https://search.cro.ie/company/CompanyDetails.aspx?id=277062&type=C

    Well, think about it.

What's to stop me taking my chequebook (not that I have one, who uses them these days?) ... and writing a cheque from my empty bank account ... and giving it to you to bring in the to get it cashed? You really think anyone's going to just hand over cold hard cash for a third party cheque that they can't verify?

Do you have a bank account? If not, open one!

Or lodge it to a friend's account, although I'm not sure banks accept third party cheques, even if they're uncrossed.

Who is the cheque from? If it's a business, maybe you could ask them to make it in favour of the bank, to be cashed? Or just ask for a bank transfer!

I'd be happier if I could read the terms and conditions which they say apply, but can't find a link to them.
