I messed up on 3 weeks pay thinking that I had to wait a month when infact this was the sign on date..Stupid I know

Did this ever happen to anyone and what was the result. I had to write an explanation which will go to the head office. I'm hoping I will get my previous payments as I need it for my mortgages

    tks.

Yes they can easily be re-issued. Just let them know the mistake you made when you sign on

Thanks for that, I was in a panic and my wife was going nuts, dont blame her though...

I assume once the money has been allocated its your money at that stage and they cant
hang on to it and say 'tuff luck', 'you diden't collect', that's what I'm fearing. I'm only on this recently and not used to the system....

SW will have to wait for these expired payments to be returned by An Post this can take anything up to 3 weeks. You need to go into you local office and tell them what happened so they can be re-issued. SW will not re-issue these payments automatically as they will need to know why you couldnt collect them.

I did give a written and honest explanation. I got the sign on date mixed up with thinking this was
my first payment...stupid I know but I'm not used to the system, I was only on this once before. That only
lasted 8 weeks. I hope this stint is short too....
