I painted a door with teak oil. I cleaned the brush in white spirit. Do i need to clean off the white spirit in water? If I don't will any white spirit left affect the next coat?

Also if using paint and clean brush with white spirit should brush be washed off in water?

I just shake the white spirits out of the brush if it's completely clean. Otherwise, leave the brush sitting in the white spirits and shake it out before using it again. It won't affect the next coat either way once most of the white spirits is out of the brush.
