Where to discuss the settings of a TV as a computer monitor?

10-09-2014 04:43PM#1I'm not sure what forum this goes under. I've changed some settings around and it still seems a bit "off". But since it's being used as a PC monitor, it's above it's native resolution which makes it seem like a TV issue but because I have PC settings to change too, it makes it seem like a TV issue. So I'm completely lost.
