    Hi,

I would like to set up a company that will have 2 activities :

1- reseller of goods via website
2- disclosed agent selling vouchers on behalf of other business via the same website

Can both of these be within one company ltd. ? Because each one will pay different taxes, as a reseller, for sold goods tax is paid from price sold for. However, as disclosed agent, tax is only paid on commission that is kept by us for selling the vouchers (rest is transferred to service provider is then responsible for tax on the rest).

So is it possible to combine these 2 in one company, and if so, how is the tax to be counted, it must be mad, speciallly with lot of volume in sales.

Or shoudl there be 2 companies doing business via 1 website?

    Appreciate any advice on this.

    Thanks!
