    Hey,

I'm considering this in the future, for sure the rates are super (I get about three mails a week about roles in London) but am wondering how people doing it cope.

Do you fly over Sunday/Monday morning and home Friday?
Are you taxed as Irish or UK?

Why don't you just move to London? I know loads of Irish people living there and they love it.

I'd say you might get a better response to your question in the Development forum under Tech.

A quick thing on taxation, it'll depend on where you set up your shell company I'd imagine. Again, someone in the dev forum may have experience as it could get tricky if you set up as an Irish shell company and start billing in to the UK.

Are you sure about that... Most to the ex-London guys I work with tell me the London rates are terrible when you factor in all the hidden costs.
