For the past week or so we've had numbers up in the right hand side of the tv screen....anyone know what they are/are for? How do we get rid of them?

    Thanks :)

The Nine Digit number that will appear on some live Sport broadcasts on Sky Sports Channels is a security number which identifies that the associated viewing package is a domestic Sky account. This security number is used to identify official Sky Sports subscriptions as domestic rather than business/commercial i.e. this identifies business premises with the incorrect associated Sky subscriptions.

This security number will only appear on certain broadcasts and should be discreetly above the channel logo so as not to inhibit your viewing and cannot be removed.

To remove it press pause and wait 15 secs, if you change channel it will come back. Out of spite I keeping pressing pause.

By the way it happens to a lot of people
