Quark 10 settings for saving a PDF

Hi Folks Can someone post a screenshot of good settings in Quark 10 for saving a PDF file. Decent CMYK 300 dpi res with fonts embedded, spots converted to CMYK bleed included BUT not a massive Mb file size PDF result. Cheers
