    If you've seen one with zeros it was an import a garage has that isn't registered yet.

    They are just display plates and not legal.

    No. Just display plates on likely a UK car to tell buyers it will be a 10 plate or whatever instead of leaving a UK plate on that many don't understand.

    YI 4017 is a 1924 ford
    IE 75 is not a valid reg
