Hello again, I am about to do a IPA that calls for 1lb of c10. I cant seem to find out what this is, i assume it is a specialty grain. Anywho I can't get it anywhere could anyone suggest an alternative available in Ireland. as always thanks in advance for your response.....

most likely crystal 10 ? lovibond rating of the grain....

Ye its probably crystal 10 lovibonds. Something like this will be fine https://www.thehomebrewcompany.ie/extra-low-crystal-caramalt-crushed-500g-25-ebc-fawcett-p-716.html . EBC colour is approx 2 x Lovibond colour.
