Im looking for a new phone and im thinking of going bill pay since i can get a Galaxy S5 and not have to pay 600euro up front. As of now i get 500mb internet with meteor and its all i use and need. I dont need calls or texts, all my messaging and calling is done over the internet so its all i need. What is the cheapest…

What is the cheapest deal (regardless of the network) that would get me a Galaxy S5 or maybe a HTC one and not have me paying extra for unlimited calls and texts that i will never use. I dont care too much about 4g unless its a small cost difference between 3g
