WMA Age Factors

    So parkrun use the WMA Age Factor to give a runner their age related percentage for 5km races. I came across this page which has a link to the "Age Factor Excel" sheet

    but the details seem to relate to 2010. Does anybody know if there is a more up to date source of these figures? And yes i did attempt to google this beforehand.

    2010 are still the latest numbers I think. They tend to update them every 4-5 years or so, but the changes are usually tiny anyway and hardly relevant
