Where might I get this? For diluting liquid. Having conducted a search some people have recommended the chemist or a garage even. Is bottled water ok? Thanks

Good call. I bought a bottle of VIRGINIA PRIME, El Torro recently. It is listed as having PG / VG mix but man its like gunk. Really thick texture.
