Hi guys, I need a recommendation for a new heat sink for my intel i5 3570, ive had it over 2 years now and the current stock cooler isnt realy cutting it on some games. I have seen it reach 75 degrees at some points in games like space engineers and battlefield 4. I even recently cleaned out all the dust and replaced the thermal paste and its still the same results.

Anyway im looking for a new heat-sink that is as quite as possible. I haven't done any over clocking yet but I might do so in the future. I would also like to keep its cost under 30 euro if that's possible.

    Thanks in advance
