    Hi all,
Trying to set up an account with Interactive Brokers here. Is anyone familiar with the section on "Claim of Tax Treaty Benefits (if applicable)" for Form W-8BEN?

Part 10 requires the following blanks to be filled:
"Special rates and conditions (if applicable—see instructions): The beneficial owner is claiming the provisions of Article [blank] of the treaty identified on line 9a above to claim a [blank] % rate of withholding on (specify type of income): [blank] .
Explain the reasons the beneficial owner meets the terms of the treaty article: [blank]"

It looks like Ireland has a withholding rate of 15% (https://ibkb.interactivebrokers.com/article/861) but I want to make sure I fill everything out correctly. Has anyone set up with IB before? I assume any other US online broker would require the same.
