Is it just like sending a text but everyone who 'follows' u gets it sent to them?
Kinda...you have 140 characters/letters in a tweet. You can send it to certain members that you follow by using @ in front of their username.
Or you can just announce a tweet to all your followers which can be seen on the homepage the same as facebook.
I'm there....but you'll have to find me
