This sort of stuff would really put me off going there, particularly as an opposition fan.

To be fair, the last attack on three of there players wasn't in Clermont, the team were off in a training camp somewhere else in France (Bordeaux I think).

I really hope this was just an unlucky incident for Guildford and he isn't falling back into his own ways, he's a good player and I'd love to see him escape his troubles.

As United said the other incident wasn't in Clermont. Trust me, it's a great spot with great people. I can't recommend that trip enough.

That's being ever so slightly irrational to be fair. As molloy said, Clermont-Ferrand is a lovely city full of lovely people. For example, would you be put off going to a match in Thomand because someone was attacked in Limerick?

Not enough exclamation marks for hysteria!

In Millau to pe precised (where there's the famous viaduct on the Montpellier-Paris autoroute).

All theoretical P_1, because no-one is attacked in Limerick...

I can't speak for this attack but according to my mate who lives in the area the first was by one of the local gangs, involved in the drugs trade. Actually, that does have a hint of Limerick about it come to think of it...

(I'm sure Limerick is a lovely place, je ne fais que plaisanter)
