Hi guys just need a bit of help. I was booking a holiday with low cost holidays and just as booked it said incomplete retry, so I did and they had entered in the incorrect dates. So they took payment of 370e. I have been speaking with them nearly 3 times daily over a 4 day period and they are of no assistance. They can confirm my new dates and are speaking of charging extra for the error which I believe Is on their behalf! Can anyone offer me some advice please?

Get on to your credit card company and get your 370 back and book with another company.

Stay well clear of lowcostholidays. I had issues with them before, posted on here. They get your booking, make it seem like you are guaranteed the priced you booked at and then contact you to say the price of the flights increased and look for more money.

It's a very clever trick as the original price is cheaper than any other travel agent or website so they get your attention and once you make your "booking" they increase the price to the same as what you would have got on various other websites.

I don't know how they are allowed get away with this.
