Solace Training Allowance

What kind of allowance does Solace pay to full-time trainees? I'm due to start an accounting technicians course at the end of the month.
The website says students 26+ 'Rate as per DSP (Form F103).'

Does anyone know what that means and also, are there other 'allowances' like for travel?

    Thanks

AFAIK whatever payment you are on from SW is the payment you will receive from Solas

Thanks. I noticed they give an 'accommodation allowance' aswel. What do you need to do to qualify for this?

I dont know. I had a quick google and only thing I came across was CI. I would think that you would have to be a fair distance from where the course is taking place. You can also get a travel allowance if you live more than 3 miles from the course centre.

You may be entitled to either a Travel Allowance or an Accomodation Allowance, but not both.

Travel Allowance depends on the distance you have to travel to the course location:

    3-5 miles €4.60
    5-10 miles €11.90
    10-20 miles €17.60
    20-30 miles €21.60
    30-40 miles €27.70
    40-50 miles €32.60

Accomodation Allowance is only payable if you have to relocate to new accomodation in order to attend the course:
€13.98 per day or €69.90 per week
