    1. What is your budget? [Somewhere in the region of €400]

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? [Mostly I want the Pc to run SolidWorks 2014. I will use it for some loight gaming but nothing serious]

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? [Yes]

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? [No]

    5. Do you need a monitor? [No]

    5a. If yes, what size do you need. []

    5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future? [1080p] [No]

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? [Keyboard/Mouse/Wireless Card/Card Reader/] Yes. I need keyboard,mouse and wireless card

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? {No]

    8. How can you pay? [Paypal or visa.]

    9. When are you purchasing? [Within the next month]

    Asking a lot for €400 really. You could start off with something decent and upgrade it over time if needed.

    I'm not 100% on the specs for solidworks but i'm pretty sure it's mainly cpu with some gpu, ideally a workstation card or a hacked gaming card using workstation drivers.

    Workstation cards generally cost a fortune for lower spec than their gaming counterparts. It's only the drivers that differ afaik. You will have to research this more yourself though.

    It all depends on what you want to do really. Something like this should be a good start. No graphics card for now. You will have to use the onboard graphics until you can add a card.

    Prices got on geizhals.de selecting Hardwareversand from the list of sellers. You will have to grab a keyboard, mouse and windows elsewhere.
