    Hi.
I'm considering a small extension to my house. about 6M sq. Do I need to put in radon protection? The house has none.

I would take it that where it is practical to do so, do it. Always build to current building regulations. 100% compliant nowdays is only good enough. ;)

Will not make much difference if the rest of the house has none. Plus a roll of radon is 80m2 an you only need 10m2 max(extra is to lap over external walls)lots of waste!
I would double up on 1200 gauge poythene and tape jointsto achieve a similar result. Also did you check the radon map in the homebond manuals? Your house may not be in a radon area.
