Netflix account being accessed.... not me

    Hi All
    Anyone came across this problem?
A device I do not own (Samsung Smart TV) is constantly accessing my Netflix account.
It's not doing any harm really but it's using my profile to view kids tv shows.
This means that I keep getting recommended that kinda stuff.
I have no idea how this is happening. Been on to Netflix three times and they just kept saying change the password, which I've done 3 times....still they are viewing stuff (can see it in my account viewing activity)
I have a fair idea the person doing this is my ex-housemate but have no proof (of course) but it should be easier than this to lock her out surely
I've now changed the email and password so we're waiting to see what happens now
NOBODY knows my password except my GF and she would never give it to anyone.
I've just curious how a device can access my account after a password change.

    Cheers

    HB

Isn't there an option where you can sign out any device who is in your account? If it's not in the UI then maybe call them up and ask them to do it.

Perhaps the other person's device remains logged in and the password change will only take effect if they log out?

    That could be worth trying?

Or else your inner child is getting up at night and watching Peppa Pig?

    Weird.

Not to make you paranoid but could they have access to your email too? That way whenever you change the password they just click the 'forgot password' button, check it and then delete the email so you never know the request went in?
