I live in Ireland and have a 12 year old daughter.have a maintenance order since 2006 due to him messing ME about not paying.though it would be easier.everything was fine till around 2010 when he got another girl pregnant maintenance was reduced which I had no problem wit once he paid for his first child.might I add he does not want to see child and when he does look to see her he lets her down at last minute.back in April this year I got an attachment of earning order done.never heard of this before. Maintenance was in arrears of 1500.however did not last long and he is now not working and not given a penny in over 2 and half months even though he gettin job seekers.is there easier way to deal wit this instead of goin back to court again.last time he never showed up to 3 court dates which he didn't seem bothered to when he finally showed up
