Advice on bins

Hi, ive recently signed up with citybin but have yet to receive my bin. I got a txt off them tonight about the grey bin collection tomorrow morning but my question is can I wait for them and give them the bags or do I have to wait for the actual bin in order to get rid of my waste. Thanks
