Conversation resources for Irish class?

I'm wondering is there any book of conversation Irish resources published? For example, in tefl schools they have a book of conversation resources for each level which tefl teachers photocopy, handing out role plays etc to students.

One page could have eight cut-out conversation pieces, which you give to each of your eight (I know) students and they practice their English by acting out a role - you're at your first school reunion in 20 years, your name is Tom, your profession, memories of school and other students, etc. And so on with other resources.

Does anybody know of a similar book which could be used for stimulating conversation Irish classes at secondary level?

I don't know of one, but would it be possible to use a sraith pictiur instead? At least then you would be getting practice for them at the same time. I find there are so many of them I think I was doing one a week Sept to Jan and just got them covered before the mocks.

Sometimes I just take resources from TEFL books and change them to suit my Irish classes. It takes some time to prepare the resources, but they usually work well.

TEG has some good stuff, but you have to work through a lot of pages to find something. I know there's a holiday section where you have all the details; picture of a hotel, a cloud etc. and you have to talk about how your holiday went. Another about booking a hotel. There are the dates you can/can't go and the hotel person has another sheet with the dates available.

Other than that I've just been translating things from English TEFL books.
