    Hey,

I have used 10 speed chainset and chain in the past on 9 speed setup and worked fine, has anyone used 11speed chainset on 10 speed set up ? I think it should work sound once I use 11speed chain but I'd like to know anyone has done it and if its working sound,

    Cheers zip,

Using the 11 speed chain might cause issues on a 10 speed cassette, you are probably best sticking with a 10 speed chain on the 11 speed crankset it's chain rings are probably only a couple of microns narrower than the 10 speed.

If its shimano it'll work fine as the chain is the same for both believe it or not!!!

Campag won't work- as the chain is narrower

    Hey,

Cheers lads for reply, I have dura-ace di2 (7900) on the bikes and I'd like to fit the new chain-set on my dogma as I like the new chain-set and I need a chain-set for another bike I have built up, cheers for that, should have it on order in next few mins,

    Cheers zip,
