    well,I'm studying here in ucd and i want to know if am i eligible for a tax refund on some stuff like rent or tuition fees or surgery or shopping ..etc or not? I've been searching for any info on this but it is not clear.

    and yeah I don't work here.

    In order to receive a refund of tax, you need to have paid tax. If you haven't worked then you haven't paid tax.
