    Anyone got a failsafe recipe for this?

    My one never cooks in the middle???

    I like the one on the Odlums website but I do think there is too much liquid so I cut back a bit on the Guinness amount, add it gradually until it looks right. I bake it in loaf tin and it cooks fine, it's lovely bread with a few added chopped walnuts.
