    So basically I will arrive on Monday at 7 so here are some simple questions I have in mind. Please help if you can

    1) I will miss 1 or 2 leactures. Should I be concerned ?
    2) Is Aircoach convenient ?
    3) My residence is Roebuc hall.Should I check in at Merville or Roebuck ?
    4) Can someone help me show around ? Maybe catch a movie or have a cup of coffee sometime later ?

    I hate to be the one that breaks this to you, but you will almost certainly fail the modules concerned and, if no resits are available, go into year X. Heard that's what happened to Old Man Belfield.

    1) It's a bit inconvenient that you are missing the first lectures for the modules. Whilst you probably won't do anything content-wise, lecturers usually use this time to give full information of what to expect of the module over the course of the semester. In any case, I'm sure the information will be put online and if not you can always ask a classmate the next time, so I wouldn't be too concerned.
    2) The Aircoach is probably the most convenient way to get to UCD from the airport.
    3) You really should have checked in this week as it's check-in week. You will have missed the whole of your orientation week which would have given you the opportunity to be shown around and meet people. You should check in at Merville though.
    4) Again, it would have made things easier for you if you had have come at the start of this week. There were campus tours all week and it's a great chance to meet people. Although, you will still be able to meet people in your lectures.

    Well thank you so much. One more thing. Howcdo I reach Merville from Air coach stop. I will have 4 bags with me ? I can't carry them all

    AirCoach drops you literally 1 minute from the front of UCD, and about 10 min walk from the residences. With that many bags, unless you have a mate to meet you, then you will need a taxi to drop you right there or flag one down outside UCD. Can't see any other way of doing it.
