Are motor trade closures are thing of the past now ?

    the another dealer gone thread has not been active for quite a while , so are motor trade closures a thing of the past now ? I assume if you can survive the last few years you can survive anything ! last big closure I heard of was newgate motor co. about a year ago and that was very low key.

    still think theres room for main dealers to open in certain areas, for instance mazda have a good range now but there is no dealer in the city area just nth and east cork just as there are only two Volvo dealers in Dublin which seems mad with the brand enjoying a revival.
