Super Value pay increase

    Hi, ive been working at an unnamed supervalue at an unnamed location and for an unnamed length of time. Seems like no one gets a pay increase here, not even some people that have been here for literally ages.

    Anyone out there who works in a supervalue anywhere in the country who has a received a rise? And if so, how much etc. Will take answers privately if ye want. Thanks.

    A lot of supervalues are franchises so there could be very differnt policies. Do you know if you are in a franchise or in a centrally owned supervalue?
