Which would you prefer to see happen if any easing of austerity is possible in next months budget
    A decrease in taxes?
    An increase in services?
Continue with austerity to strengthen the recovery?

Would you like to see the government taking less of the money you earn so you decide how you spend that money yourself or taking the same amount and spending it to enact government policy on issues like universal health care?

It seems, if the budget is , as predicted 1bn ahead of target Fine Gael are in favour of tax cuts while Labour favours increases in public services and social protection.

Multo autem ad rem magis pertinet quallis tibi vide aris quam allis

This important question was asked earlier in another thread

Is the Jaffa cake a biscuit or a cake ? It's always in the biscuit aisle in supermarkets.
