    1. What is your budget? [€400, €500 MAX, preferably slightly less if possible]

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? [Gaming - GTAV will really be the only new game I will be playing (If it can run V it can should be able to do IV, SA, VC pretty well right?. 3D modelling, Photo editting] I'd be content with 30FPS on most games but the higher the better

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? [Yes]

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? [No, I'd rather sell my laptop and put money towards the build (I have an i5 2.4Ghz, 8GB RAM, 500GB HDD in the laptop)]
    5. Do you need a monitor? [No]

5a. If yes, what size do you need. []

5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future? [1920x1200 I think, it's a 1080p 32in TV] [No]

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? [Keyboard/Mouse/Wireless Card/Card Reader/] All, nothing too fancy though

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? [I don't know, do I risk overheating or anything?]

    8. How can you pay? [Paypal, visa etc.]

    9. When are you purchasing? [Within the next few weeks]

    10. If you need help building it, where are you based? [Dublin, may not need help though]

    Current plans:

Can anyone give me general thoughts on the above builds? I read something about problems installing drivers in one of the reviews, is it really an issue?

Also what are thoughts on buying a second hand PC?

This isn't really designed as a final build, there are some suspect choices in there in regards to motherboard and case. I'm really trying to show you you'll get a lot more for your money building it yourself. Both the ones you linked are lacking in the GPU department. I'd spend a bit more and get a 750ti - I put it in the build but took it out due to cost and wanting you to be able to get an OS included in the build.
