I'm about 2 months away from finishing my 18 mth contract & I'd love to change to 48 to save a few quid.

If I change over to 48's sim, will vodafone let me change across my current phone number now and send out a bill for the remainder of my contract?

    Cheers in advance

Same thing happened me a few years ago. Vodafone will let you move but you ll need to pay your line rental upfront first .I ended up paying them the three months upfront to get out of bill pay

Yeah I heard that too but I managed to get away from them on Saturday without paying anything up front two months shy of the end of contract.

They'll send you a final bill.
