    hi
i fell and banged my head badly, leading to minor bleeding on brain and bruising
i stayed overnight in hospital and then 2 weeks later got a ct scan to say all is clear thank god

i never got a proper chat about how soon is to soon or far away to play contact sport, the nurse just blurted out 6 weeks but i see 3 weeks is common from looking around the net

where can i get a proper answer or advice?
i never lost my whereabouts etc during the incident and feal fine now after 3 weeks
