    Hi there,

I get my OPFP sent to the post office but my friend told me that her sister gets her into her bank account. When I applied, apparently this wasn't an option. Does anyone know if it's changed, and if I can change it, and how do I go about it?

    Thanks

My friend was told the same as you and got it in the post office. She was talking to the SW office and they said she can get it into the bank (which she does now) so maybe give them a call.

Payments are made to the post office unless your are in full time employment/full time education or there is a valid reason why you cannot collect at the post office.
