I had to call them ages ago and had the same problem. In the end I got the number of some random mail centre (from google) somewhere in England and they transferred me onto someone in Customer service who sorted out my problem.

If you still have no gotten into contact with them, try to track the parcel on nightline.ie. Nightline deliveres UKMail in Ireland to the best of my knowledge, so it it's in Ireland they might be able to help.
