Part 4 tenancy question.

I am on a part 4 tenancy. According to information, the landlord can terminate the tenancy if the property is needed for a family member.

My landlord has told me that his nephew might need a place to live soon and may want the property vacated.

Would a nephew or a brother/sister count as family for the purposes of the act or is it only 'immediate' family, ie Mother/Father/daughter/son?

In paragraph 4 of the Table the reference to a member of the landlord's family is a reference to any spouse, child, stepchild, foster child, grandchild, parent, grandparent, step parent, parent-in-law, brother, sister, nephew or niece of the landlord or a person adopted by the landlord under the Adoption Acts 1952 to 1998
