Just got a letter in the door yesterday that our mortgage has been moved from ICS to Dilosk group.

From what I have been reading the terms will stay the same but i will lose some protections under regulated Irish banking sector regarding Code of Conduct on Mortgage Arrears.

My current mortgage rate is 4.8% with an outstanding balance of 230K (27 years left ) I think our house is worth around 310K perhaps more and from the mortgage calculator online I looks like I could better deal anyway.

    Approx. from online tool
    Current monthly repayments: €1,267.80
    New monthly repayments: €1,160.69 with

    Any thoughts?

Well thats an LTV of 74%

It looks like KBC are offering rates of 3.86% APR at the moment

    Original was LTV of 90%

I think we are looking at now LTV 60% to 80% range.

Probably will have to get it valued again to get more accurate rate
