Hi i was just wondering could anyone help me I have an interview for night work in heatons and would absolutely love the job but I just wanted to know what's the pay per hour because I know during the day when you work there you start off on min. wage and I think that it would be pretty crappy getting min. Wage for night work If anyone who works in heatons or has worked in heatons has any info on the matter that would be great.

When you say night do you mean after 11pm ? As far as I'm aware after 11 or 12 you are entitled to time and 1/4 so on minimum wage it works out at 10.81 per hour.

Do heatons have a night shift ?

Yes its from 11pm to 7am. That's good then as long as it wasn't going to be minimum wage thats fine with me. The store closest to me has just started a night shift I'd say its mainly just for the Christmas period but if it works out well they might keep it that way because the store is Heatons and Sports world combined into one.

Are most Heatons not like this?? I know 2 close to me have one on top of the other in a 2 storey building. Is the shop opening through the night or is it for other work?

Oh they all must be like that then. Thought they were stand alone shops usually. The store isnt going to be open its just night packing like bringing the deliveries out onto the floor and stuff so it doesn't have to be done during the day when there is customers in the shop
