So it looks like the Motorola event today was just a press event to say they are having an event tomorrow to showcase their new Moto portfolio of products.

So another day to wait for definitive news on the Moto 360, new Moto G and new Moto X. Sigh!

There is a countdown to a live stream on Youtube here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v1ne0Li7hvs&feature=youtu.be

The event starts at 7:30pm tomorrow Irish time.

Here's hoping we finally get some definitive up dates!

Looks like details will be released at 1am Central, the live stream later is a Q+A session rather than an announcement. The whole thing has been a bit of cock up tbh.

1am central is 8am CET tomorrow so this is probably an announcement from IFA in Berlin.

brazilian video leak of the new moto g2
    http://www.androidpolice.com/2014/09/04/the-new-moto-g-leaks-on-video-ahead-of-official-announcement/

    Specs translated from Portuguese
The G2 Moto DTV Colors is the new smartphone from Motorola that came to complete your day to day, with technology, ease and style. With Quad-Core Processor and Android 4.4, you access to thousands of applications with optimal performance. The 8-megapixel camera with LED Flash will record all moments with much more quality. And yet, the Moto G2 offers Digital TV HD on a 5 inch screen. In addition, Motorola has the Assist service, you know when you can not be interrupted, such as during your sleep or a meeting. So, you can schedule actions and exceptions so that it behaves the way you want. The Moto G Second Generation is the best partner for you to get organized and stay connected.
This version of the device (model XT1069) is clearly intended for the Brazilian market with digital TV and dual SIMs. The screen size has been bumped up from 4.5-inches to 5-inches this time. As for resolution, "HD" could mean 720p again or 1080p—I'd bet on the former. There are also dual front-facing speakers, 16GB of storage, and a quad-core Snapdragon processor. The colorful shells are coming back too.

Any info on the availability of the moto 360 in Europe? Everything I've seen suggests it's just being released in America around 3 pm our time today

"Late summer" according to Motorola. Honestly, I really want this watch but the sheer amount of delays is getting off-putting. I hope they're not delaying it in order to try and compete with an iWatch.

Motorola might as well give up making flagship phones, because the X+1 looks like a total waste of time.

The X was a fantastic device and this looks even better. It's great hardware Coupled with genuinely useful software/hardware enhancements. I'd buy it if it weren't for the small internal memory.

I'd be expecting very good battery life from this given the 801 snapdragon and 1080p screen. Just saw there's a 32gb option. Very interested now.

Depends on the definition of very good. Will it get you through a day ? probably, will it last as long as the m8 or Z2 ? probably not.

Good round of initial reviews for the 360 - looks like its a dud, reviewers charging twice a day :( Can't believe it! Some earlier leaks had said it was getting over two days use.

I'm actually shocked at the battery life. All the early leaked reviews said the battery was getting them through a full day with ease. I'm really hoping these are faulty demo units or even the reviewers were extremely heavy on them.
I was dead set on getting this on launch, but now I'll definitely wait until its out in the open and more people have used it.

Yep I thought the battery life was supposed to better than the LG and Samsung android wear versions already on the market but the review units appear to be only getting 12 hours battery life.

Could you please share why the X+1 is a waste of time?
