Replacement pole for Gellert Colima 3T tent

Howdy folks,

I have a Gellert Colima 3T tent which has served me well through loads of festivals. However, the wire in one of the middle poles has snapped, so I need to get a replacement.

The pole is 8.5mm Fibreglass.

I've called the camping shops but they don't do them. Any ideas? I'd rather not just throw it out.

You can order a replacement pole.

As you already have the diameter, you just need to measure the length.

Would recommend a combination of both. From the sounds of it, you just need to replace the shock-cord in your existing tent pole - a five minute job with the kit that The Mustard has linked to above. However, seeing as you're ordering, it's not a bad idea to pick up a section of 8.5mm fibreglass pole (long enough to replace the longest section in your pole set) and keep it in your tent pole bag. Should one break on a camping trip, you can easily repair it on-site.
