05 Astra Estate 1.7CDTi - Engine on the way out

    Hi Folks,
I am looking for advice. The engine on my astra appears to be dying. When I start the car the oil light stays on for approx 30 seconds and then when driving it flashes intermittently quite frequently. The turbo is also sounding quite high pitched. My local mechanic has had a look and confirmed it's an oil pressure issue. I have decided to not repair and move on so my question is: would I be wasting my time putting the car up on donedeal (outlining the problem with the car) and hoping someone will give me a few bob for it or just write it off and head for the scrapyard?
What could you reasonably ask for if putting an ad on donedeal?

A few details of the car:
    207,000km
    Timing belt replaced @ 195,000
    New battery and alternator
Estate model so decent back seat.
Bodywork is perfect and is relatively clean inside.
Astra Club model - steering controls, a/c, cd.
    NCT'd until 01/15

Any advice or comments welcome - thanks
