Hey, Sorry for the stupid question, but the Revenue office are a black hole for correspondence at the moment I registered as self-employed in June this year. Should I have to file a tax return this year, or is it not until October 2015 [for tax year 2014] ? Thanks in advance!!

If you commenced in June 14 then you have until Oct 16 to file your first return.
