Why not test young drivers annually, as they have a higher accident rate?

Why not put checks and balances in for both? It shouldn't have to be an either or situation?

Young drivers are more at risk to cause an accident due to inexperience and the sheer arrogance of youth. Older drivers are more at risk, due decreasing physical capabilities that affect us all as we get older. They are the cold hard facts, regardless of which camp you are in.

Both categories of drivers should be monitored better. It shouldn't be an Us vs Them situation.

Better road designs and arrows in more places would help and not little ones.

Driving lessons and test should be done on all types of roads and day and night.

Also it should start in school.
