Looking to get sky

    Hi I've a few questions regarding sky.
    I was with upc and after having rows with them over the phone, them taking money from my account when they shouldn't of , asked them to cancel the movies and took them 3 months to do its didn't even watch the movies. So paid off last bill month ago and they took the boxes back.
    So I'm looking to join sky.
    What deals are happening.? I'd be looking for a box downstairs and in our bedroom aswell.
    Also do I need my landlords permission or him to sign anything because a sat fish is getting out in? Also when can it be installed?
    I know loads of questions but I just want to know what I need and how much il be paying.
