Green staining on first block

Hi I am currently building my house. We have all blockwork complete and should have roof started next week. I recently noticed some green stains on the first row of block above rising wall in the house.

I am concerned that this is rising damp. I am pretty certain the builder ran a dpc above rising wall level and I know for certain that we laid a radon membrane below sub floor level. has anyone ever had any experience of this before.

Could this staining just be from the rain that has fallen inside the house?

Good chance its due to dirty builders pissing inside the house

Are you using a lightweight/low density block at the bottom of your wall?

I've seen these stain green with lesser exposure to moisture than I would have expected. (i.e. Rain over the duration of a build)
