We sponged 20 ewes this year ,it was the first time we have sponged ewes
When we were removing the sponges on day 12 some came out grand ,and some were very hard to get out
Question is is this normal or did we do something wrong when putting the sponge in? did we leave them in too long?
    All advice appreciated

    Some are hard to get
Some times they lose them and you're not sure, If you put the sponge applicator in, you can shine a light into it , you'll see the sponge, at least you know to keep trying, we used to have a tweezers here that was the same length as the applicator, but it was very weak and went in sh..te
